At Vibhushitha, we take immense care in checking every product for any damage/defect affecting the original product quality before every dispatch. Hence, there is little to no scope for a customer to receive a defective product, but if there are any that have missed our checking you may inform us within 24 hours of the product receival with a 360° uncut start to end parcel opening video.
Any return request for colour/product dissatisfaction shall not be entertained.
No returns for thread pulls, slubs, colour smudges, misprints and any water or dirt stain marks that are a part of the natural dying and making process shall not be considered as damage.
No returns/exchanges are entertained in case the original tags are tampered / if product found to be used when inspecting.
No returns for any colour bleed after washing. Always follow proper wash instructions.
When a return/exchange request is placed with a valid opening video we shall send you an address to return the product to us. The shipment charges shall be borne by the customer. Upon receiving the product our team shall check the product condition upon receival. If the request is valid an exchange with same product is provided. If the same product is not available a return/another purchase of equal or higher value is possible. If customer chooses not to purchase any other product, then a refund shall be initiated and the same shall take 7-12 business days to be processed depending upon the payment method used.
The returned product is checked by the team and we hold every right to reject the return request if the product seems to be used or damaged during opening. In such conditions product is returned to the customer with additional shipping costs. We request the customers to keep requests genuine to save the time for both parties.
